Pay & collect in-store
Weekly price + A$200 refundable bond. Pickup at our Fortitude Valley store.
Ride & return
Fully charged with charger, lock & helmet. Give us at least 2 weeks' notice before you return it.

Please read before you book. These simple terms protect both you and us - clear responsibilities, no surprises.
📅Minimum hire & return notice
Minimum hire is 2 weeks. Give us 2 weeks' notice before returning, or the A$200 bond is forfeited.
🛠️Damage & misuse
If damage is caused by misuse, you pay for the parts only - labour is always free.
🚲Theft of the bike
If the bike is stolen, the full replacement value is charged (set per Vinxs model).
🔧Servicing & flat tyres
General maintenance, brake pads, brakes and flat-tyre repairs are included free.
🔑Lost key
A flat A$50 fee applies if the key is lost.
🪖Helmet & lock
If the helmet or lock is lost, stolen or broken, you're charged the component's value in-store.
✅Return checklist
We inspect the bike with you on return. Any missing accessories or damage are noted and you're informed on the spot.
⚖️Road-legal use
Ride as a 250W EPAC (assist to 25 km/h) and follow local road and helmet laws.
Rental FAQ
What's the difference between the 8-hour and 10-hour bikes?
Only the battery ride-time. The 10-hour Vinxs goes further on a single charge - better for longer days. Both are the same quality Vinxs e-bike.
What's included with my rental?
Every rental comes with the charger, a bike lock and a helmet - all included in the weekly price.
Is there a deposit?
Yes - a A$200 refundable bond is held and released when you return the bike in good condition.
Is there a minimum rental period?
Yes, the minimum hire is two weeks. You can extend week by week after that.
How much notice do I give to return the bike?
At least 2 weeks before you return it. Without this notice, the A$200 bond is forfeited.
